There's a pretty major shift in this section from Paul and his missionary journeys to Paul heading to Jerusalem and prison, similar in some ways to Jesus knowing his time had come. From the way Paul speaks to those who know him, he's had a forewarning that things will change for him. In fact, looking back, you can see how God is shifting him from a preaching ministry to a letter-writing ministry that will affect Christians throughout time.
